Helping Young Adults Build Meaningful Community Connections
Finding the right volunteer or employment opportunity often requires more than searching online or completing applications. Progress Partners works behind the scenes to identify organizations, make introductions, and create connections based on each young adult’s strengths, interests, goals, location, availability, and support needs.
We reach out directly to businesses, nonprofit organizations, volunteer sites, community programs, and other potential partners to explore opportunities that may not be advertised publicly. Our goal is to open doors and help each young adult take a practical step toward greater experience, confidence, purpose, and independence.
Services May Include

Researching appropriate businesses and community organizations

Identifying volunteer, internship, job-shadowing, and employment possibilities

Making introductory telephone calls and sending professional emails

Introducing the young adult and highlighting their strengths and interests

Asking organizations about current or potential opportunities

Following up with potential community partners

Helping arrange an introductory meeting, site visit, or interview

Preparing the young adult for the initial conversation

Providing the individual or family with updates on outreach and responses
Important Information
Progress Partners cannot guarantee a volunteer, internship, or employment placement. Fees cover the professional time spent researching opportunities, contacting organizations, presenting the individual’s strengths and interests, making introductions, coordinating potential connections, and following up. Every connection may not lead to an immediate opportunity, but each outreach effort can help build experience, expand the individual’s network, and create new possibilities for the future.
Community Connection Starter Package — $240
Includes up to 5 hours of personalized support focused on helping your young adult become more connected to meaningful opportunities in the community.
Time may be used for researching opportunities, contacting organizations, making introductions, identifying volunteer or employment possibilities, exploring community activities, and helping create practical next steps based on the individual’s interests and goals.
Package Price: $240
Includes: Up to 5 hours of Community Connection services
Additional Support: $60 per hour
