For families who want more ongoing guidance, the five-session package provides time to develop a personalized plan, follow progress between meetings, and address new concerns as they come up. Each session builds on the last, so you can see what's working, adjust next steps along the way, and keep momentum going. Families finish with steady support, a clearer path forward, and more confidence helping their young adult take each next step.
